The Commissioner for Tourism, Mr Philip Yung, attended a photo exhibition in Dijon, France on November 28 (Burgundy time) titled "Hong Kong as Asia's world city" , which is part of the Hong Kong Week in Burgundy. Mr Yung is pictured delivering a speech at the opening of the exhibition. On his left is the First Vice‐President of the Regional Council of Burgundy, Mr Michel Neugnot.
