Members of the Inter-departmental Committee on Development of Tourism in the Northern New Territories arrived at Tung Ping Chau, which is situated at the most eastern end of Hong Kong's waters.
The site visit was led by Ms Eva Cheng, Commissioner for Tourism, and Mr Duncan Pescod, Deputy Commissioner for Tourism; and joined by representatives from 16 government bureaux/departments.
The group at the Plover Cove Reservoir for a briefing on the hiking trail around the Reservoir to be opened soon for public enjoyment.
