Mrs Winifred Chung, Assistant Commissioner for Tourism gave a presentation on "A Symphony of Lights" at the Technical Seminar of Asian Elenex 2004, which is part of the 11th Asian International Electrical Installation, Transmission & Distribution and Lighting Technology Show. Over 100 representatives from the lighting industry attended the seminar.
