Close to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and the Hong Kong Police Headquarters, it is conveniently located and easily accessible. Its modern design with a traditional elegance has won the Hong Kong Institute of Architects' Silver Medal Award. The building was acquired by the Chinese Estates Holdings Limited in the late 80s.
