Central Plaza is a 75-storey Grade A office building. The skyscraper is located in Wanchai North commercial district in the heart of Hong Kong. Central Plaza is well positioned for easy access to all forms
of public and private transportation in Hong Kong, only 3- minute walk to Wanchai MTR via a covered walkway. The shape of the building is triangular with 2 sides maximising the harbour view. Its design with
recessed corners, giving six corner offices per floor.
The façade is cladded in insulated glass of 3 different colours. Gold and silver coated glass pattern are used in a vertical and horizontal pattern and juxtaposed with a ceramic painted pattern glass to
create the slimmer classical image. A 'Cat Scratch' neon light inlayed on the main gold façade, it lights up the building every night.
