In close proximity to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, hotels and office developments in the locality, the Revenue Tower is easily accessible and strategically located in Wan Chai. The Tower, together with the Immigration Tower and the Wanchai Tower, forms the Wan Chai Government Offices Compound. This 49-storey Tower was completed in 1991 and provides office space of over 76,000 square metres of gross floor area. Over 10 government departments are accommodated there.

At the roof top of the Revenue Tower is an outdoor advertising sign overlooking Victoria Harbour with good visibility.
